    The debate about sex education has started few decades ago. It results some points that are applied in society and school. For the youth, sex education should be looked at the same direction. It means a process of acquiring information and forming attitudes and beliefs about sex, sex identity, relationships and intimacy. Basically, it is created to help the someone to discover who he/she really is in terms of sexuality and be able to appreciate it with all pride. The target is all youth with no exception.

    The basic target is the youth in society. It includes information about all aspects of the human sexual anatomy such as the sex organs and their functions, the physical changes that take place in the individual as a result of growth, the emotional changes and their effects to someone relation to members of the opposite sex. Moreover, it should explain the very sensitive topics, not just inform them at a glance. It can be followed with topics on family planning, reproduction, sexual orientation, sexual pleasure, values, decision making, dating, relationships and information on sexually transmitted diseases and their modes of contraction.

    This way, parents have very important role. They are the right person to tell the youth exactly what is included in it passionately. Other agents include teachers, religious leaders, friends and the electronic and print media; sex education websites, sex columnists and advisers and many more. The appropriate time to begin sex education is in the early teens. Sex education has proven to decrease sexual activities and the use of condom or other contraceptives. Hence, the youth must be informed correctly.

    A strong foundation is easily built at this stage which gives the individual the opportunity to build on with more complex knowledge with the advancement of time. There are many advantages in sex education. Such as, it minimizes the risks and dangers of potentially negative outcomes from sexual behaviors, enhances quality of relationships between members of the opposite sex, helps young people to make right choices of life partners and equips the individual to make informed decisions about his/her personal sexual activity.
